How long back did you take them ?
Any pain abdomen ? Nausea vomiting since then ?
Why aren't you having any food ? What seems to be the problem ?

Saridon is a fixed dose OTC , first of all you may try to induce emesis (try to throw up , drinking a lot of water will help) to get the drug out of your system if taken in past few hours only..

Also you need to check in to your nearest ER to get a proper gastric lavage (thorough cleaning of the stomach ) , as well as physical examinations as well as investigations of your liver and kidney function as well as other metabolic parameter's monitoring, proper hydration and antidote if at all needed(I don't think you'll be needing any antidote if you've taken 6 tablets)..

You need to consider this at the earliest as time is the most important factor here for the body to metabolize the drug..

Please don't try to drive on your own , be calm and vigilant and please call for help so that the accompanying person can take you to the nearest ER..

In ER, they'll keep you under observation for a few hours as well as run a few more tests..so don't panic..
