Brief Answer:
Wait for today
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bleeding should start within24 hours of taking misoprostol tablets.
I suggest you to wait till today's evening, if the bleeding doesn't starts till then, you should consult your doctor and repeat the dosage of misoprostol.
Misoprostol tablets work better if they are inserted vaginally.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.

Clots not necessary

Hi dear, it is not always necessary to have clots with blood flow after taking medical abortion.
