Brief Answer:
ECG is normal.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The ECG is absolutely normal. What the machine has interpreted is also right. The ECG is showing sinus bradycardia (heart rate on the lower side, which can be normal).

Other finding is sinus arrhythmia which is change in heart rhythm with respiration (which is also a normal finding).

Relax. The ECG is absolutely normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Take care.
