When Would An ECG Test Need To Be Repeated?

Question: Please opine on attached ECG
Brief Answer:
Needs repeat Ecg and echo
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through the Ecg. Rate, rhythm and axis are fine.
However, there T wave inversions in Lead AVL, and V6, which is suggestive of possible ischemia. So he ll need echo and if echo is normal then should have stress test done.
However, before this Ecg should be repeated once as there is abrupt change in Ecg pattern in Lead V6 from V5 which is unusua, and pattern is similar to that in other leads like AVL, and AVR. So this raises the possibility of lead misplacement. So a repeat Ecg should be done and if similar pattern persists then further steps as I advised above.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
