Brief Answer:
Different possible causes

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

There are different reasons for tremors to occur, some of the most common reasons are:

(1) High levels of thyroid hormones, this can be checked by a blood test

(2) Viral illness

(3) Side effect of medication

(4) Alcohol use

(5) Essential tremor- in this case, the cause is not known

(6) Liver disease

(7) Movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease

(8) Anxiety

If it continues, it would be best to see your doctor for assessment which would include physical examination and blood tests- liver, thyroid.

Treatment would depend on the cause found

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
