could you please advise why the level may increase.

I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would explain that these CPK levels are slightly elevated, but they are not concerning for any serious medical condition.
You should know that increased CPK levels could be related to different possible causes:
- straining physical activity
- alcohol intake
- acetaminophen or other drugs intake
- muscle injury or trauma,
- a viral or bacterial infection,
- coronary artery disease, etc..
Coming to this point, I would just recommend repeating those tests after one week.
If he experiences chest pain or shortness of breath during physical exercise, an exercise cardiac stress test would help to investigate for coronary artery disease.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
