Pre ejaculatuon fluid comes from bulbourethral glands who are present inside urethra near the outer orifice and help to keep urethra moist and serve as lubricant as well as serves as a suitable medium for a longer viability of the sperms.

Yes! Pre ejaculate may contain sperms.

Hi! It is pre ejaculate, which means it gets secreted before actual sperms ejaculation, but it can contain sperms from previous ejaculate in it which are on urethra and gets mixed with the pre ejaculate.

So when it comes from the glands it has no sperm. But if theres sperm left in the penis in can pick it up and flush it out with it. Can I microscope see these sperms in pre ejaculate?
Also other than sperm cells. If any are in there it sounds like it would just depend. What other type of cells are in the gland fluid?

Hi! A detailed semen analysis alongwith microscopy does reveal sperms count as well their structure and motility.

Pre ejaculate may also contain other cells like worn out epithelial cells, immature sperms and some bacteria of genitourinary tract along with it.
