Where Is Acetaminophen Available?
Question: now that I'm a member, I'll ask the question again.I moved here from Wis. I need otc pain meds for a bad back.. At our surefine grocery in Wis., I was able to buy from TopCare: pain relief..500mg, extra strength, 100 tablets, acetaminophen. I can't find that brand store and asked if someone could help me. If not I will have to try every product in each store until I {if}find one that works..Thank you.

I think the products, as long as they are specifically Acetaminophen Extra Strength 500 mg, will be interchangeable.

They may be willing to sell you the product you are looking for via mail, as acetaminophen 500 mg does not require a prescription.
