You can do following investigations as per gestational age.
Around 7-8 weeks ....
One ultrasound scan or dating scan for fetal viability,
Routine blood tests like CBC, RBS, LFT, Urea / Creatinine, ABO & Rh, Thalassemia screen, Serology, Thyroid profile, Toxo and Rubella ( Ig G & Ig M), CT/ BT.
Routine urine examination.....RE/ ME
Around 11-13 weeks ( End of first trimester)
USG FPP with NT/ NB scan and Blood for Double marker test. If you haven't done above test reports, then you can do along with these special tests.
