Which Alternative Drug Can Act As The Best Replacement Drug For Zoloft When Diagnosed With Depression?

Question: I have successfully been on Zoloft for over 25 years. In my early 80's I am up to XXXXXXX dosage. Zoloft does not seem to be working as it did in the past. If you were to recommend another anti-depressant as a replacement what would it be?
