Which Among Zoloft, Effexor And Trazodone Is Good For Tension Headache?

Question: I've been taking Zoloft, Efexor and trazadon. Which one would be best to substitute for irazipin? I don't want to od on SSRis Also can you recumbent something for tension headache. I have GAD, Major depression ad PTSD pretty bad. Lastly I'm also taking temazepam for sleep, but it isn't quite working. I have tried Temazepam with Ambien CR and luniest with temazepam still not luck
