Neurontin is Gabapentin and is relatively safe to use. If we consider Methadone then using methadone while on Neurontin moderately increase side effects like sedation, drowsiness, confusion (high doses), some times impairment in thinking, delayed judgement, problems in coordination etc are also seen.
