Question: Which field of doctor should I visit? (Neurology, Rheumatology, Endocrine etc)

Symptoms are below:
Fatigue/Exhaustion (all bloodwork other than ANA is within normal levels. CBC, white and red blood counts, vitamins, thyroid levels)
Twitching (relaxing in bed is most noticeable (wrist, finger, thigh muscle, flank etc) according to husband I twitch all night
Positive result on ANA test (not lupus or rheumatism according to blood work)
A few weeks ago it seemed like my vision was off, according to dr. I still have 20/20 vision. This has since resolved it seems like but it would be fluorescent lights at work seemed to cause headaches.
Sometimes I feel shaky other times when am holding my phone to take a picture I REALLY notice how shaky I am (comes and goes).
I don’t know if I’m having slight muscle pain (in a small area) or if it’s more of a nerve/nervous system pain. It’s nothing that would affect quality of life but it is something that with the other symptoms I am concerned about (but also kind of wonder if it is just something in my head after all the reading I’ve been doing).

I usually go to the walk-in clinic when I am ill so I consider them my general practitioner. But would prefer someone more specialized.

Brief Answer:
Rheumatology first, then maybe neurology

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using 'Ask A Doctor' service.

While your symptoms at this point sound fairly general, which makes it hard to pinpoint exactly what is causing them, with these symptoms and the positive ANA, seeing a rheumatologist is where I would start.

There are some rheumatological diseases that can affect muscles as well, so it may be worth making sure none of these diseases may be responsible. You may also need to see a neurologist, who can order a nerve conduction study and EMG to see if there is any abnormality that might explain the twitching and pain.

I should say that often when patients have symptoms that are generally like this, a clear diagnosis is difficult to make. Many of the patients are diagnosed with conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome, which is often managed by an Internal medicine or primary care doctor. But if you were to see a specialist, this would be where I would start.

I hope you are able to be seen and evaluated quickly.
Please let me know if you have any other questions, I would be glad to help any way I can.
