Also there is some skin in the Psoriasis area that is white. This skin does not have any itching. Is there a way to make more of the psoriasis skin white so no itching issue.
Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Both Aquaphor and Cera Ve and moisturizer.
Cera Ve would be better and you can use it for as long as you want.
Both are totally safe to use.
Can you upload a photograph of the involved area.
I would like to see the lesions in order to appreciate white spots.
Thank you.

Post inflammatory hypopigmentation

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
These white spots are post inflammatory hypopigmentation.
Keep applying the cream prescribed to you.
Once the disease gets controlled the skin will regain it's color.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Hello. Thanks for your response.
1)The post inflammatory hypopigmentation does not itch at all and does not bother me. Is there a medicine to make some of the Psoriasis skin like that. Then I will not get itching.
2)Should I apply Cera Ve cream to the white spots also that do not itch at all. What will it do
3)Is it ok to apply Cera Ve cream 3 times a day for years.
4)Is there any non steroid cream that may be better than Cera Ve.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Use both aquaphor and Cera V

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
The psoriasis skin is diseased skin while the one which has recovered has become white.
The moisturizer given to you will help in reducing inflammation and control psoriasis.
Cera Ve is to be applied only on diseased skin and not on white spots.
Cera Ve is a non steroidal cream. It has ceramids and is effective.
Salicylic acid is safe to use.
It will reduce inflammation and help you.
Use it once a day.
It can be safely used for years.
You can use Aquaphor twice a day.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
