Question: Which medicine is best for lower back pain?
Please explain what each of the following is used for,.
And which one is best for lower back pain/ colic which I get sometimes about 3 am and which goes away later once I am up and moving about. But I need to take something to get back to sleep.
My three available choices are:
1. Panadol / paracetamol 500 mg
2. ANALISIK – Methampyrone 500 mg & Diazepam 2 mg in one tablet
3. ULTRACET – Tramadol HCI 375 mg & Paracetamol 325 mg in one tablet
