Brief Answer:
Moisturizer + stocking

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Improving venous flow is an important aspect of treating stasis dermatitis. Therefore discuss with your treating doctor about using limb stocking. Application of tight stockings will prevent venous stasis and thereby improve dermatitis.

In addition, you can initially try moisturizer creams. If they are not effective a steroid applicant like Betnovate may be used on the affected skin areas. You can continue to use antihistamine - Allegra as prescribed. If the itching is very severe a course of oral steroid is advisable.

Your treating doctor will know about the aforementioned treatment options.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
