Which Specialist Doctor Should I Consult For Suspicions Of RRMS Or SPMS?

Question: Hello Dr. Rynne. I suspect RRMS or SPMS. My GP recently indicated the possibility during an office visit. What kind of Doctor should i seek out for a more definitive diagnosis please? Also, is a spinal tap necessary for certainty? This is the broadest opposite of an appealing thought. Thank you, Chris Wolter (Atlanta)
