Brief Answer:
you shoupd consult your Dermatologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
As per details, it seems that you have correctly diagnosed your skin condition. Angiokeratoma are benign structures that are made up of blood vessels so they bleed on touch or manipulation.
The treatment is done by Dermatologist. You may visit your nearby Dermatologist for examination and evaluation.
They are best managed by removal of Angiokeratoma using surgical excision or ablation techniques including Radiofrequency/ LASER therapy.
I hope it helps.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Angiokeratoma and its management

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Radiofrequency and laser both have good outcomes with minimal pain.
Yes it is an OPD procedure.
Recurrence may occur after removal.
If no symptoms or problem, these can be left as such. But if infection and bleeding occur recurrently then treatment is mandatory.
Existing papules do not initiate formation of new ones.
There is no prevention or nothing can be done to prevent the formation of Angiokeratoma.
I hope I am able to solve your query.
Take care.
