Brief Answer:
Could be slipped disc with sciatica
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your question thoroughly.
In my opinion , you are suffering from acute sciatica ( pain going to legs) with possibility of Lumbo- sacral strain or slipped disc at L4-5, L5-S1 level. Your history and pain are very typical for the diagnosis.
I suggest strong pain killers, muscle relaxants( I would normally prescribe nimesulide and thiocolchiside) , and complete bed rest for 5 days.
If the pain does not disappear , then it is better to go for MRI of lower back , to confirm the diagnosis and to know the details.
Thanks for the question. Hope to hear good news from you soon.
