
While Brushing My Teeth I Noticed Two Red Spots On

Question: While brushing my teeth I noticed two red spots on the roof of my mouth. Slightly smaller then a pencil ereaser. They are not raised and are not painful. I have had sinus issues for a while and sometimes when I wake up in the morning my mouth is so try and my tougune is actually stuck to the roof of my mouth. I don’t smoke or drink or do any drugs. What might they be?

I think it would be better if you upload a photo of the mouth red spots on reports for me to see the conditions of your mouth.
The red spots on palatum (roof of mouth) and dry mouth may be signs of oral thrush. It can be accompanied by white patches on mouth and tongue.
In this case you can use antifungal lozenges or gel such Dactarin gel found over the counter in pharmacy.

I see the photo you attached and the mouth has a normal colour not white patches and the two red spots are seen. So the candida infection is excluded.
I think you may develop canker sores later and the red spots may be a first sign.
The dry mouth you have had recently may be related to antihistamines you were probably using for sinus infection.
