Question: While having intercourse with my wife I felt my penis pop. It was not painful, but now the penis has a curvature
to it. The curvature isn't painful, but I can't have the same kind of erection that I had before this happened.

Usually aggressive intercourse can rarely cause the penis fracture.
Penis fracture is the rupture of tunica albugenia ( fibrous layer covering corpus cavernosa of penis). Nerves supplying penis may also be damaged.
