Question: My mom is 93 and has had colon cancer twice and 18 inches of colon was removed all totaled. She has always had loose bowels and urgency after eating, but for the past 4 years she wears depends for both urine and bowel problems. Lately, she is having bowels like water and needs her depends changed around 8 times after breakfast. What kind of doctor do I need to consult with. I don't want to put her through a lot of tests at her age.
