Whom To Consult For Insect Crawling From Nose?

Question: A samll crawling insect came out from my wife's nose. Not sure whom to consult. This is for the first time

She never had any ear problems but she is more prone to cold these days. She also complains of headache once in a month. She is on throid medicarion
