Brief Answer:
You may have depression

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your symptoms sound most consistent with depression, though there may be other factors involved. For this, both medications and therapy can be helpful, and so I would recommend seeing both a psychiatrist, who typically can prescribe medications, and a psychologist, who can give therapy. If you have to choose only one, it might be easier to see a psychiatrist and get started on medications, though therapy by itself has also been shown to be beneficial, so you could choose whichever one you prefer.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
Thanks
