I have gone through your query and seen the pictures.
Looking at it,it seems that she is suffering from rhinitis (cold)as there is inflammation(redness and mild swelling) inside nasal cavity.
She can find relief by following medications:
Nasal decongestant spray like Otrivin pediatric nasal spray (Xylometazolone 0.05%.),use two times a day.
Oral syrup containing decongestant (phenylephrine )and antiallergic (Chlorpheniramine )like Syrup Maxtra( Phenylephrine 5mg/5ml and Chlorpheniramine 2mg/5ml.)She can use 5 ml , two times a day.
For pain ,use syrup paracetamol.
Practice self-care tips:
Wipe out the nose gently.
Clean and disinfect surfaces after sneezing.
Give your child plenty of fluids .
Avoid foods that are spicy and fried.
Make your child gargle with warm saltwater.
Ensure your child takes enough rest.
