Why I Am Getting Pimples Very Off And Dark Spots On My Skin?
Question: Now-a-days, I am getting pimples very off and dark spots on my skin are increasing. I never had this even in my teen age. My face glow has also been reduced.
And, Also I am getting some brown button kind on different parts of my body.

I have not received the photographs yet however you can start using the medication.
You have to apply benzoyl peroxide on acne lesions.
Once fresh lesions are controlled I can suggest you medication for spots.
Reduce oil intake in diet and take lot of water.

1. Since when you have these dark spots ?
2. Which all parts of body are involved?
3. Are you having any symptoms such as pain or itch?
4. Are these black spots present only on hairy areas such as legs and hand ?
5. Do you use hair remover or waxing ?
6. Have these lesions incresed slowly in size like they started as a small mole and then progressed?

Pimples and dark spots in photographs are two different issues have I have also attached the photo of my dark spots due to pimples.
Additional information:
1. I think I have them almost from more than 3 years.
2. Mostly legs, thighs and hands.
3. I don't feel any pain or itchiness.
4. I can see them mostly in hairy areas.
5. I wax very rarely like twice or thrice a year.
6. They will come all of a sudden without any pain.
Please let me know if you need anything.

These appear to be simple moles and can be removed by using radiofrequency ablator.
You can visit a dermatologist and get them removed.
