Brief Answer:
Can be due to osteoarthritic changes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Joint pains in legs that are persistent for last one year can be related to degenerative osteoarthritic changes in the joints. Any history of injury in the past can aggravate the problem. An X-ray of the affected joint can help in proper diagnosis. Pain in right hand below elbow can be related to tendonitis that can be confirmed after a physical examination.
You need to consult an orthopedician for proper investigations and prescription medications.
Hope this answer is helpful.
Any further questions are welcome.
