Why I Am Having Headache On Back Side Since Last 5 Days?

Blood pressure level is so low. Taking salty fluids like soups, butter milk etc will be helpful. You can also take Acetaminophen 500 mg for relief of head ache.

Total cholesterol is with in normal levels. But Triglycerides is raised. You can take omega 3 fatty acids suppliments and garlic pearls capsules for this.
If there is persisting hypertension then you can start with Telmisartan in lower doses like 20 mg and increase the dose if not getting controlled.
You can take Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for head ache. You can also apply Diclofenac liniment.
