Question: I am having problem in chewing and left jaw movement, it feels like there is some kind of dislocation or some blockage.
i am unable to chew from my left side.

Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you may need to visit your dentist or maxillofacial specialist to check if there is a problem with your teeth or Temporomandibular joint. They may do also a x-ray to examine it.
You may need to use pain relieves such ibuprofen or naproxen as well as muscle relaxants such muscoflex. They can be used for some days or weeks and relieve pain. Use warm compresses to relieve pain.
Try to avoid opening mouth too wide or using chewing gum.
You may be adviced to use a split or mouth guard during night
