Brief Answer:
Do not be overly worried...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

At the outset, my first advice to people in such cases is to avoid worries. Worries, stress and depression adversely affect hormones that regular ouulation and chances of pregnancy. From what I see you seem to be fairly healthy. It is not uncommon to find people finding difficult to conceive despite repeated trials. I don't recommend medical fintervention unless repeated trials for more than a year are fruitless.

Stay positive. Keep your weight in ideal limits. Take a healthy diet comprising of balance of regular meals, fruits and vegetables. Get your thyroid function and blood sugar tested if it hasn't been tested earlier. Take folic acid supplementation (Tab folvite 5mg one tablet every day). Keep a track of your period dates - it will allow you approximate the time of ovulation. Sexual intercourse during ovulation improves chances of pregnancy.

Further evaluation which will include FSH, LH, AMH level check, Follicular scan as well as sperm analysis of your partner can be done under guidance of your doctor if repeated trials at the time of ovulation is ineffective for more than 6 months from now.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications
