Why I Am Not Getting Proper Sleep In The Nights?

Question: Hello doctor, I have two concerns one is I am not getting proper sleep in the nights, if i wake up in the middle of night not able to sleep again my mind starts to wander. Other concern is digestive system, food are not digesting properly. What should i do to improve these.
