Hi there,

Thanks for the query

It appears that you have pain centred around your groin regions on both sides.

This would indicate likely pain arising from your hips possibly due to arthritis.

Do get X-ray of your pelvis with both hips to look for signs of arthritis. Avoid excessive bending or climbing stairs.

Do upload your X-ray for further consult.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up query.

Thanking you.

Hi

Thanks for the query

It’s likely that you have muscular strain near the rib cage that may be causing pain in certain postures.

If the pain is related to food intake then it’s likely acidity due to gastritis or stomach ulcer.

Take pain killers and apply hot water bag which should relieve muscular pain. If it’s acidity it will be relieved with antacids.

I hope I have answered your query
