1. Take our time for exercise daily for atleast 40mins a day
2. Take small breaks in between your working hours and try to relax by doing any of your favourite activities like listening to music or stretching etc.
3. Avoid smoking if you do
4. Keep yourself hydrated
5. Avoid junks and eat healthy
6. Avoid using your phone atleast an hour before bed.
