Brief Answer:
It is possible to quit Masturbation .Provided you have self determination .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .You have not mentioned your age in your query.

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have been indulged in habitual masturbation since a long time and desire to quit this addiction .

Masturbation is normal and a common habit of a mankind especially at young age .It is a safest way of getting sexual satisfaction in absence of a female partner .It is a myth in a mind of common man that masturbation is the cause for many sexual problems and health issues but I would like to state that It has been proved scientifically that masturbation done twice a week has no adverse effect on any system of the body . It is excessive and habitual masturbation that leads to many sexual problems .

One has to have self determination to reduce it and is not impossible as you think so .Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and help in reducing the frequency of masturbation ,
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
5) Keep yourself busy in some social work or engage in habits like reading ,listening to music or sports activities so that you will not get free time to masturbate .

You may consult qualified Psychiatrist for counselling and to take medications if required .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
