Question: I appear to have a pulling feeling in my lower abdomen left hand side, i have nothing at all visible in terms of lumps, but i sit down for a living, so could it be a postural thing?

Hi,

i am a 44 year old male, and first experienced a slight pull in my lower abdomen when i bend over about 8 months ago. It is very mild, no real pain to speak of, but something more of a dull ache. No Bowel symptoms at all, I'm very regular and no Urinary problems either. There are no signs of Hernia bulge anywhere on my abdomen or groin area. No tests done.
