Brief Answer:
Need more information...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The details you submitted are not enough to understand your prooblem and guide you. I need more information to help you.

May I know the age of the patient (who is suffering with chest pain)?
Since how long has he/she been having chest pain?
Can you specify which part of the chest pains?
Is the pain localised to the chest or does it radiate to other locations including neck, limbs, back, etc?
Is there any other associated symptoms along with chest pain - such as breathing difficulty / sweating / palpitation etc.?
Is the patient able to climb stairs, run, perform exercise normally without any difficulty? Is the patient able to perform any of the aforementioned activities during chest pain?
Does the patient have any known medical condition?
Has the patient visited a doctor / undergone test including ECG for chest pain? If yes, can you share the reports?

I look forwards to all these details to guide you further.

Regards
