Why I Feel Constant Weakness While Doing Some Work Like Lifting, Taking Stairs Etc
Question: my haemoglobin count from the past 1 year is in the range of 9.5 to 10.
I feel constant weakness while doing some work like lifting, taking stairs etc
other reports seems to be fine
I smoke regularly, sleep for 4 hours a day.

Hello,
There can be three reasons for the weakness:
- anemia
- lung issues due to smoking
- low sleep duration
Please upload the blood reports including complete blood count, serum iron and vitamin B12 levels, liver function test, kidney function test, thyroid profile, serum electrolytes. Also please upload your chest X-Ray PA view report.
Normal sleep is around 8 hrs per day. Please tell reason of lesser sleep.
