Does stopping weight lifting reduce the headache ? - A bit at the beginning, But once its too much headache then stopping weight lifting doesn't help

Weight lifting causes a lot of blood to be pumped to heart and upper segment of the body, excess blood flow into the brain and its pressure leads to egorgement of the blood vessels in brain leading to headache.
I suggest you start your weight work out after a 30 to 40 min cardio and abdominal exercise which distributes the vaso dilation to all four limbs and core preventing headache .

Hi Sir,
I do 30 mins of cardio before the weight lifting, The headache is triggering immediately i start weight training and i am advised to take tablet Tryptomer 10mg [during night] by doctor since i have migraine. But no luck , I will be sleepy whole due to this tablet.
