Your age and gender please.
Since when are these problems present?
Is the stomach pain in lower region or at sides? Any referred pain that travels form one place to another?
Any fever and chills?
What are the factors that increase the burning sensation after urination?
Any investigations like tests of blood, urine and Ultrasound done?

If not please get the following tests before starting any antibiotic.
Urine: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Blood CBC, Kidney function, sugar.
Ultrasound of whole abdomen, particularly for genitourinary symptoms.
