Why I Feel Like I Am Sweating Especially My Face ?
Question: i feel like i am sweating especially my face but i dont feel any wetness but just my face oily and it happens anytime i sleep and i feel thisin the morning and it doesnt happen once when i slepe least 2 times, i feel like warm chill only upperbody and i check if bed or my cloth is wet but they are not wet

no flu, i only feels im sweating on the face but i dont see any wetness but i had diaherea about 2 weeks ago
