Question: Myself, Biplab XXXXXXX 46 , feeling some pain in the frontal left part of my penis when it gets erected. That part seems slightly bumpy while erected.
But normally no pain or no swelling / bumpiness when it is not erected.

Brief Answer:
Contusion probably.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Detailed evaluation is required to find out the exact cause.
Most probably it is due to minor contusion that might have happened by minor trauma or even by scratching.
However underlying infective causes can also lead to similar symptoms even though it is unlikely.
Is there any tiny swellings or pus discharge? Do you have any contact history.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks

No contact history, no pus or discharge. No tiny swelling. Only when it gets erected i feel some pain and see some swelling in the Left part at around middle portion of my penis. Otherwise no problem.
I have some restriction in taking oral medicines as i am a CKD patient. It will be better if you suggest externally applicable medicines.
Thanking you,
Biplab XXXXXXX
