It may be muscle sprain or neuropathic pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As per your history, I think it may be muscle sprain or spasm. Other causes may be neuropathic pain, sciatica, diabetic neuropathy, nerve compression due to tight clothing, obesity or may chance of deep venous thrombosis. Do you have history of injury, diabetes?
If tab. Modern is not effective then you can take tablet metaxalone 400 mg plus Diclofenac 50mg. As this is prescriptions medicine so consult with your family doctor. Apply diclofenac gel or spray locally. Apply ice and heat alternate. Do regular physiotherapy after consultation. Try to reduce weight if you are obese. Don't sit for long time in any one position.
I will suggest you to do MRI and EMG NCV test after orthopedician consultation. Kindly follow up with detailed history.
I think this will clarify your concern. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thank you.
