Why I Feel So Yucky And Have No Energy To Do Things I Used To?

Question: Im feeling light headed and blurry vision in both eyes which has been happening off and on for a few months now. Went to the Er around a year ago for chest pain and everything came back normal except sinus tachycardia. I seem to get hot more than I used to. When I take aspirin my symptoms seem to temporary improve. I been tested for diabetes and dont have it. Im just trying to get to bottom of why I feel so yucky and have no energy to do things I used to

Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help for you today. Thyroid diseases can cause sinus tachycardia, light headed and heat intorolance. You should check blood tests including TSH and Free T4 also to see if you have thyroid disease or not. Your symptoms also can be from dehydration, so you can try to drink a lot of water 2,5l to 3l a day and see if you get better or not. Make sure your anxiety disorder is stable otherwise you need to see a counselling and a doctor for it.

I forgot to mention im having slight numbness and tingling in my hands and feet im not sure if that's related to my other symptoms or not. Thank you for your response
