Why I Frequently Feel Intolerance To Heat, Dry Mouth, Frequent Urine?
Question: Hi doctors,
Below are my past medical history:
1. I was having depression and had antidepressants escitalopram medication before.
2. I was diagnosed having Atrial fibrillation and had done Atrial fibrillation ablation successfully.
3. I had also Atrial Septum Defects and had done ASD closure sugery successfully too.
* Currently I am on beta blocker medication, bisoprolol, blood thinning medication, aspirin and anxiety disorder medication, setraline.
I am having quite frequent masturbation too...
May I know why I freqiently feel intolerance to heat, dry mouth, frequent urine, ear sound, upset stomach, headache, weakness and sometimes will have muscle jerk?

Most of your symptoms,especialy gastrointestinal symptoms,can be due to your anxiety disorder treatement.
Dry mouth,upset stomach,headache,weakness and muscle jerk can be possible side effects of sertraline.
These drug can cause even sexual side effects.
My advice is to consult your treating psychiatrist about your symptoms and the possible causes of these symptoms.
Considering that you have arrhythmia(atrial fibrillation) and feel intolerance to heat,i suggets to do a thyroid panel test(TSH,fT3 and fT4) to check for possible thyroid condition that can explain these symptoms.
