Brief Answer:
Please describe your symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Loose stools could be due to many reasons like changes in diet, inflammation or infection of gut etc.

An occasional loose stool could be just related to some changes in food. Many food items act like a laxative and produce loose stools like juice or milk. Even excess of water intake can produce loose stools. Also drinking cleaner water with low TDS will help prevent recurrent diarrhea.

If you are having other symptoms also like weakness, blood in stools, fever, weight loss, etc or it happens regularly then it may be evaluated with tests like complete stool analysis etc.

Please let me know details of your symptoms so that I am better able to help.

Regards
