
Why I Have A Pain In My Right Elbow While Bending ?

Question: I have a pain in my right elbow. while bending the elbow or lifting something for last two months.

I think there is a tear in elbow muscle

I don't think there is a tear in elbow muscle. It has very strong pain initially which starts after a trauma. Swelling and bruising persist. The muscle ball up in the middle of the arm.
You are not have any of these symptoms so I don't think it is a muscle rupture.

I have taken naproxen 500mg for 10 days and about 80% relief.
should I continue for next 7 days or more/ less
