Brief Answer:
Aneurysm seems unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Aneurysm if ruptures may cause the worst headache of your life, so, if you have no pain, it is not a ruptured aneurysm.
It may be migraine, ice-pick headaches, etc. but, to be sure about the nature, it is necessary to see your Neurologist.
Brain imaging such as MRI may be necessary also.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Thanks.

Thanks. No i was wondering if it may be unruptured anuerysm. Its only happened few times and only lasts few seconds or minutes. What might it be.
Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Short-lasting, throbbing headaches are most likely ice-pick headaches, with no underlying cause.
However, an evaluation by the Neurologist is necessary to understand correctly the condition.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask if you have further questions.
