Question: Im seeking help for a friend in the Ukraine that cannot access medical help. the following are copy and pasted from a conversation with her and contains her symptoms. She did have a battle with Covid19 back in Aug-Sept, and also had a slip and fall with a back injury since then too. "in general, my head often hurts when I turn my head to the left or to the right, my head starts spinning, that is, dizziness, this happens very often, the pain in the head is in the back of the head, that is, the back of the head hurts. very often the heart hurts 2-3 times a day, the heart gives colitis to the right side, plus it hurts under the left scapula of the back and sometimes occurs as a burning sensation very fatigue, weakness and constantly wanting to sleep. I'm constantly nauseous. The pain in the chest does not go away for several days. sometimes legs and arms go numb. what worries my heart the most is that I am very worried about it. Perhaps this is due to a spinal injury, I don't know. before symptoms, all this lasts about a month. and it is very difficult to say. And even in front of the camera, if I smile, I smile through the pain, if I say something ... then in fact, it's very difficult for me to do it. I have persistent dry mouth. but when I start drinking water I start to feel sick. my body very badly perceives any liquid I am also very annoyed by the fact that my hair began to fall out a lot and also acne on my face began to appear as in a transitional age Sorry for the long length and thank you for any insight you may be able to offer

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. I have reviewed your query.

I need further details so that I am better able to help. How long does she have chest pain? What is the characteristic of pain? Chest pain does it radiation to anywhere else? Does it hurt with exertion? How long does her heart hurt? What makes her heart pain better? How old is she? Does she have DM or HTN? Can she eat normal? Any weight loss?

Burning pain with nausea and radiation to the left scapula can be caused from gastritis. She can try PPI medicine or H2 blocker. History of fall should have a spine X-ray to rule out any fracture or spine abnormally. Dizziness with spinning can try the epley maneuver you can search from google they will show what is epley maneuver. She needs to do ECG (electrocardiogramme) to see if any heart disease is related.

I hope that It can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I hope you have good health.

Best regards,

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you again for your question. DM (Diabetes) and HTN (hypertension). She is young and characteristic of pain is less likely to have heart disease. She may need to do a spine X-ray to see if there is any fracture. Pain medicine such as NSAIDs (non steroid anti inflammation drug).
Wish you and you have good health. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards,
