Im 30 yrs old ... I am very much concerned about my skin ...i have started feeling very low with confidence with my skin my face is looking very dull no glow n have lots of scars on my chick ...due this i always afraid to apear in interviews bcoz m not feeling good about my skin ....so my question is ..is there any supplements for skin care without any side effects so that i can improve my skin .....n maintain glow on it....

Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
You have fresh acne lesions as well as superficial and few deep acne scars.
For fresh lesions use Benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel in night.
For scars the best treatment would be dermaroller.
Ideally it is to be done by dermatologist, but in current pandemic situation it will be difficult for you to visit a clinic.
You can use a dermaroller even at home.
Purchase a 1 mm needle size dermaroller online and a topical anaesthetic cream such as Toplap or emla.
Following is the procedure for dermaroller.
Procedure to be done in evening and on weekends as post procedure there will be fine bleeding on face and it will be visible as red dots for 3 to 4 days.
Step 1: Wash your face with soap.
Step 2. Apply Toplap cream and stick on the sticker provided with Toplap over the scar area.
Step 3. After one hour remove the sticker and wash your face with soap. Now your face will be numb.
Step 4. Roll dermaroller over your face vertically 10 times and horizontally 10 times. There will be fine bleeding on your face.
Step 5. Wash your face with plain water and also wash dermaroller under running tap water. Store dermaroller carefully in the case provided.
step 6. Apply a moisturizer over face. If there is burning you can apply ice.
This procedure is to be repeated every 3 weeks.
You will get good results in 4 to 6 sittings.
