Brief Answer:
Not related to blood draw.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I see the pictures you attached and a purple vein appears in your arm and palm.
Most likely they are not related to blood draw a month ago.
Also the strange feeling like nerve burning in arm can't be related to blood draw.
Tell me about medications you may be using or if you have been having physical activity recently or any other health conditions which may be the cause of it.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Can't be related to medications you are taking.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
The medications you are taking or blood draw can't cause that prominent vein.
Most probably you did weight lifting or other trainings that may have caused it.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I understand your concern about the dark blue vein but it doesn't seem to be related to deep vein thrombosis. Also in case of deep vein thrombosis pain and tenderness are very intense . Also redness is present and warm to touch.
I believe that you don't need to worry about deep vein thrombosis neither loosing the arm.

There is no need to get MRI. The ultrasound is the gold standard to diagnose deep vein thrombosis.
I think there is no need for further examinations or precautions.
